60 -90 minute new patient telehealth consult for patients needing assistance with Fertility or Complex Menstrual diseases such as PCOS, Endometriosis or Fibroids. This visit will include a review of medical history and detailed collection of data so that the physician can properly treat your case.
This visit includes a 15 minute follow up appointment 3 days or more later to discuss the treatment plan at no additional charge. This visit also includes review of any PREVIOUS labs or imaging. New labs may be ordered at follow up appointment. All other herb, supplement and nutrition suggestions will be given at follow up appointment. These products will be at an additional charge to the patient.

30 minute Herbal and Functional Medicine Consult - Existing Patients

30 minute Telehealth consult for review of labs, moderate changes to treatment plan or new symptoms and concerns

15 Minute Herbal and Functional Medicine Consult - Existing Patients

Short Consult for small changes to herbal medicine or supplement precription, minor updates or "check in"

60 minute Telenhealth Consult - Existing Patients

60 minute Telehealth consult for review of labs, major changes to treatment plan or new symptoms and concerns. Also for patients who haven't been seen in 6 months or more

Telehealth Intake for New Acupoint Injection Therapy Patients

Pre-vist intake for Acupoint Injection Therapy. At this appointment, your physician will gather the necessary information to create an Injection Therapy treatment plan and discuss any questions or concerns the patient may have. This appointment is intended to take 15-30 minutes.
